For your first BCP, the first scenario is a fire that started in the back corner of the store where Sporting Goods is located. Assume that only 15% of the store and its products were damaged/destroyed. The fire started between 3 am and 4 am, when the store was closed. After the fire had been contained, the manager on duty at the time rushed to the office and pulled out the BCP. However, it originated in the warehouse and then moved into the office areas destroying all the computers and equipment.
