4. You have recently assumed office as administrator for SEFWI-WIASO DISTRICT HOSPITAL. At the monthly management meeting your medical superintendent was complaining bitterly about how unfair the Patient's Charter is. He bemoans the fact that it only concerns itself with patient right issues without a word about patient responsibilities.
