estion 13 t yet swered rked out 2 Flag estion 69-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with a history of pain in the back and progressive muscle weakness of lower limbs for the last 1 week and decreased urine output for the past 3 days and breathlessness for 1 day. There are no signs of bleeding and he has vital signs including pulse within normal limit. His CK was very much elevated and he also has signs of renal failure (baseline serum creatinine was normal 1 month back). His medications started one month back were aspirin 75 mg, clopidogrel 75 mg, lisinopril 10 mg daily, bisoprolol 2.5 mg daily, rosuvastatin 40 mg once daily, and pantoprazole 20 mg once daily each. How would you manage this patient now? (Multiple answers are possible, check all that apply, do NOT guess) Hold lisinopril O Stop Rosuvastatin Hold aspirin O Stop Bisoprolol
