Data is something that is handled and created by almost everyone
during their day. In health care, we use data to treat and
bill patients. As databases become more and more flexible and
accessible data controls and security becomes very
important. Data is being entered into a record by multiple
people during the day, this may lead to data accuracy and integrity
issues. What controls would you put in place to limit data
