(i) based on this observation, specify whether the geometry of the metal coordination of this complex is tetrahedral or square planar; (ii) explain briefly your answer above; (iii) draw an energy level diagram for the d-electrons in the central Ni2+ ion (assume the 4 Ni-N coordinative bonds are equivalent).
