 Today, when the nursing professional begins the estimate, the client looks anxious. His speech is unclear and slow, and his appearance is sloppy. His gait is balanced but slow. The patient informs the nurse that they recently lost their job and how difficult it is for them to deal with work-related stress after recovering from the accident.
 The patient reports that he has had headaches for a week. The pain scale reveals a 6 on a scale of 0-10. He reports that he usually wakes up with a headache and takes the pain relievers given to him for the back injury he sustained in the accident. He states that "the drug doesn't seem to help much." He confesses to taking double the dose throughout the week.  His vital signs are: BP: 138/80 mmHg, HR 92 "Bounding", RR 16 / min, oxygen saturation 94%.
