A joint is subject to a cyclic loading. There is an acceptable preload of 1,200 lbs, and the axial load is fully reversed with an amplitude of 1,600 lb. THe tensile bolt area is 0.160 in^2. Ignore any design factors and (take all nd=1) and assume the loads include the 1.2 bolt factor.
