The process (system) with transfer function P(s) = $2+28+2 32-2s+2 is unstable. D. [By hand] The prefilter in part (C) certainly makes the open loop system BIBO stable. Does it address the internal stability of the open loop system? Does the answer change if the prefilter is instead placed "downstream" (after) P(S)?
