Figure 4 shows the current density-voltage (J-V) characteristics
measured for the three
different Phenylamine (PA) compound organic semiconductor layers at
room temperature.
The hole-only devices comprising the layer configurations of (a)
ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MTDATA
/Al, (b) ITO/PEDOT:PSS/NPB/Al, and (c) ITO/PEDOT:PSS/TPD/Al. The
solid lines are the
fits to the J-V characteristics using the space charge limited
current (SCLC) theory.
