Use the National Electric Code to prepare a wiring diagram complete with fuse/breaker sizes, capacitor sizes, overload sizes and conduit for a system with a motor control center at one end of the building serving a process line 250 ft distance from it. Assume 460 V3 ph. All motors 3 phase induction motors. You pick a wire insulation type. Use a single conduit from the Motor Control Center to the process. Size appropriately. Show all work. You may use the OCF sheet for sizing the capacitors. List of Motors/HP 5-460 V 3 Ph 25 HP motors 2-460 V3 Ph 50 HP motors 2-460 V 3 Ph 75 HP motors 2-460 V 3 Ph 100 HP motors 25 - 460 V 3 Ph 10 HP motors 20 - 460 V 3 Ph5 HP motors Assume 4 #14 AWG wires per motor for control. Do not forget ground wire to each motor. Size appropriately.
