In this assignment you are to use the form created in Assignment that allows a user to login to the LLAL using their Landscaper Name (First and Last), Landscaper Password, Landscaper ID Number and Landscaper Phone Number. Validation of inputted data should be done (Vis the JavaScript created in Assignment 2). The form will also need to verify the information (Landscaper Name, Landscaper Password and Landscaper ID Number) against the database table you created in Assignment 3. Once the Landscaper Name, Landscaper Password and Landscaper ID are validated/verified the user should be directed to a page based upon the option selected in the dropdown menu. The options are as follows: Search A Landscaper's Records (No Form required to retrieve information other than the Login Form) Book a Customer's Appointment (Form that allows landscaper to book an appointment/event for a customer) Place A Customer's Order (Form that allows landscaper to place an order for a customer. NOTE: an order cannot be placed if an appointment has not been made) Update A Customer's Order (Form that allows the landscaper to update an existing order if the customer needs to add additional items to the current order) Cancel A Customer's Appointment (Form that allows for the removal of an appointment from the landscaper's account) Cancel A Customer's Order (Form that allows for the removal of an order from the landscaper's account) Create A New Customer Account (Form that allows the input of essential information to create an account for a customer) Based upon the option chosen one of the following actions occurs. . If the user chooses the Search A Landscaper's Records option you will display a table showing the landscaper's records which will contain the Landscaper's Name (First and Last), Landscaper's ID Number, Landscaper's Phone Number, Landscaper's Email and Customer's Name (First and Last), Customer's ID, Customer Address, Type of Service, Service Date, Service ID, Products Needed and Product Order ID for every customer associated with and ONLY with the given Landscaper.
