Q.4 Suppose your task is to
predict whether a medical image contains a TUMOR (1) or NO TUMOR
(0). Now you are given predictions by n doctors, and
your objective is to give a single prediction for each medical
image as accurate as possible. To this end, you are expected to
implement a majority voting algorithm – if more than half
of the doctors predict TUMOR, then your final prediction should be
TUMOR; otherwise, the final prediction should be NO TUMOR.
