You are to design a program that calculates the bank loan of a person based on the following requirements: 1. The amount of loan to be granted will be based on the following: a. If applicant's age is between 18 and 30, the loan amount granted is 100% of the salary b. If the applicant's age is between 31 and 40, the loan amount granted is 75% of the salary c. If the applicant's age is between 41 and 50, the loan amount granted is 50% of the salary. d. If the applicant's age is more than 50, the loan is rejected. 2. The duration of the loan is based on the interest chosen by the applicant: a. If rate is 10% duration is 10 years b. If rate is 5% duration is 5 years c. If rate is 2% duration is 2 years 3. Calculate the interest and matured amount of the loan: a. Interest = Loan Amount * Rate * Duration (years) b. Mature Amount = Loan Amount + Interest 4. Calculate the monthly payment installment of the applicant Monthly Payment = Mature Amount/(Duration*12) 5. Use Scanner Class to accept inputs from user. 6. Print all necessary information pertaining to the applicant and to the loan. 7. Apply multiple inheritance. Use minimum of three classes except the Main Class. 8. Upload you NetBeans code in a Zip file.
