Assignment - The government of Ghana has appointed your firm to consult on some of their projects. Your boss has asked you to prepare the necessary documents for the projects. The government has several projects related to education, health and governance. It must be noted however, that your boss requires that you tie up the related projects together as you prepare the documents. Projects Ghana Open Learning Management System Digitization of SHS IT laboratories Digitization of Open Ghana Libraries Distribution of Edu-tablets for kindergarten kids Tele-Learning Discovery Channel Digitization of Health Management Process in Gov. Hospitals Digitization of NHIS Open Ghana Mobile Health App Equipping Community Health Planning and Services with Radiography Facilities Developing New Poly-clinics for the new districts created Question 1 From the above categories of the projects, categorize the projects into their respective programs and select your preferred category. Document must be well developed, formatted and presentable, clear and concise. (5 marks) Question 2 For your preferred category, prepare the following documents for each project underneath. Project Charter, Gantt Chart , Stakeholder document Work breakdown structures, network path analysis, scope analysis, cost analysis and critical path analysis with all the necessary diagrams. (40 marks) Question 3 For the documents you develop provide an overall program charter for the program selected.
