ASSIGNMENT 5 - GROUP PROJECT DELIVERABLE 2 In Assignment 4 Group Project 1, you accomplished a remote task collaboratively. It was an experience of working in distributed teams. As it is expressed in our course book Teamwork and Team Building, 2a edition a distributed team is a team which has members in different geographic locations. Distributed teams have special requirements that make them different from teams that can meet in the same location as shown in the figure below: Skills distributed teams need: Manage projects Manage yourself Network with others Be aware of cultural differences Use technology Be aware of interpersonal differences
