Problem No. 1 - Design of an Anchored Sheet Pile Wall in Granular
Soil.
Follow Example No.1 on page 95, with the following
modifications:
The total depth of water is 30 feet. The low water level is 10
feet. Also, there are no loads on the back of
the wall, that is, there is no line load and no surcharge load. For
this problem, design the sheet pile
sections.
