What should Jeff do next? 1. Avoid the panel as he leaves for his break-it is not his job to note or fix the health and safety hazards on the job 2. Place a sign on the wall in the area of the panel, so others can avoid the panel too 3. Take his break as scheduled and then find a supervisor to report the dangling panel 4.
