It branches into pipe B 450 mm in diameter and 600 m long and pipe C 300 mm diameter and 300 m long. Pipe B leads to reservoir B with water surface at elevation 112 m. Pipe C discharges freely into the air. Neglecting losses due to change in sections, bends and using a friction factor f = 0.02 for all pipes. If the flow through pipe A is 415 liters per second. a.
