(b) A tall office building of 20 storey has been proposed to be build in the city of Johor Bahru in the near future. As a tall building, the water consumption for the building is expected to be high due to the supply for the use of tenant, air- conditioning cooling towers and irrigation systems. Therefore, the application of a smart water sub-meter system connected to the building's BMS system is one of the strategies that can be used.
(iii)Given that the smart-metering system has a feature of measuring the volume, flow, and pressure of water. Identify TWO (2) specific alert features that can be triggered by the BMS system if there is a problem of water supply or leakage in the building. (6 marks)
