A mixed-use development is planned to be constructed along a
major highway. In order to be approved by the city hall, the
contractor needs to prepare a traffic impact assessment of the
development. Using the trip rates table below along with the
components of the development, compute for the total trips
generated during the AM and PM peak hours. Also, provide AM in, AM
