The spacing between the piles along a gridine is 1.30 centre-to-centre, The positions of the pier and piles are symmetric over the plan of the pile cap. a. Draw plan and section showing the arrangement based on the above information in a professional manner, showing all the necessary dimensions and details, b. Draw the representative strut-and-tie model for any two-pile system along a gridline. And find the tensile force that has to be resisted by the reinforcement in one direction.
