You are the Head of the HR department at multi- national
corporation based out of Singapore. The company has been facing
certain code of conduct issues since the last few weeks. The HR
department has decided to address these issues. Before one-on-one
employee consultations begin with HR members, you wish to release
an organizational wide Business Memorandum (Memo) to all your
employees to clearly communicate how the organization is facing
productivity and efficiency issues. You need to draft a generic
Memo (with no specific names of employees) clearing the basic
expectations from them on how their efficiency is dipping down and
motivate them to utilise their time in more productive work in an
empathetic manner. (10 Marks)
