Me propusieron invertir hoy $750,000, para tener ingresos de $62,000 al fin de cada mes; se enfrentarán gastos por $30,000 al fin del primer mes y tendrán un incremento de $500 cada mes, a partir del 29. Se estima que el proyecto durará 5 años y llegado ese momento se venderán en $80,000 los activos originalmente adquiridos. Si mi m (TREMA) es del 1.5% mensual, ¿debería aceptar o rechazar esta propuesta? Use el criterio del Valor Futuro al final del 5° año.
