Choose one publicly traded company that you will use for your
research paper. You will research and monitor this company during
the course. Your research should include all of the
following:
1. Corporate Governance Analysis.
2. Stockholder Analysis.
3. Risk and Return - The company's Risk Profile - This is
theoretically based. Information regarding the risk profile can be
found in the company's annual reports and on their corporate
websites.
4. Capital Structure Choices.
5. Dividend Policy.
6. Stock Price Monitoring.
Valuation - This is qualitative in nature. Research the previous
annual reports to assist you with valuation. Sites such as Yahoo
Finance are also useful for these valuations.
8. Suggestions for improving the company in the future
Please feel free to pick any public limited company in Zambia,
such as Chilanga cement, Airtel Networks, National Breweries,
Pamodzi Hotels, ZANACO, STANCHART, Zambeef, British American
Tobacco etc, or any Zambian Public Ltd Co of your choice
