In 2017, they buy 50 units of rice for $150, 35 units of fish for $140, and 100 units of ham for $500. In 2018, they buy 35 units of rice for $140, 50 units of fish for $200, and 100 units of ham for $600. Using 2017 as the base year, calculate the CPI for each year and the inflation rate for 2018.
