Scenario #3 79 year old lady, lives alone because her spouse died suddenly 5 months ago. BMI 14.2, lost 10lbs in the last 5 months. Client noted to be grimacing with guarding of the abdomen, same is tender to the touch. Rates abdominal pain 9/10. States she is constipated, last BM was 7/7 ago, decreased appetite and drinks limited amounts of liquids.
