A site is to be graded such that a level building pad will be installed at an elevation of 110 feet. Cross-sections of the existing ground are provided above. Section A and Section B are 150 feet apart. Note that the vertical scale is different from the horizontal scale; this is often done in engineering to exaggerate the variation in the vertical direction.
