What happens to traffic that misses classification, or is an unknown application with regard to QoS?

A. It is governed by the link share weight parameter of 10% of the available bandwidth
B. It is subject to whatever is set for the Default QoS rule
C. It is put into the Best Effort queue
D. It remains in the Normal queue
E. It is not subject to QoS
