What action must be taken to activate a WSRP portlet that is just deployed?

A. The Portal server must be restarted.
B. Run the EARExpander tool against the WSRP portlet.
C. Change the startup weight to any value greater than zero.
D. Run ConfigEngine.[sh/bat] activate-portlets.
