Medical history; Hypertension and Type II diabetes There results of lab tests that were requested by the urologist were as follows: Blood Test 1. Fasting Blood Sugar: 280 mg/dl 2. Urea: 85 mg/dl 3. Creatinine: 2.8 mg/dl 4. Total protein: 7.6 g/dl 5. Albumin: 4.2 g/dl Urine Tests 1. Protein in Urine 65mg/dl 2. Creatinine in urine 250 mg/dl 3. Glucose in Urine: 100 mg/dl 4. Albumin in Urine: 40 mg/dl The volume of the urine sample that was collected in 10 hours was 850ml. Q1: Please calculate the creatinine clearance Q2: Please calculate the ACR B.
