An Avaya CallPilot desktop user attempts to compose and address a message to another Avaya CallPilot user. The Avaya CallPilot address book is empty. When the user attempts be download the Avaya CallPilot address book, a dialog box appears staling that 0 entries are found. Which Desktop Messaging configuration slop should be verified to ensure access to the Avaya CallPilot address book for desktop messaging users?

A. Shared Distribution List (SDL) addressing must be enabled in the user's mailbox class.
B. The Avaya CallPilot address book must be manually loaded in the same directory as the Avaya CallPilot desktop messaging software.
C. The Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) search base must be defined in the Configuration Wizard.
D. The Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) service must be set to the directory of the Avaya CallPilot desktop messaging software.
