According to the Capacity of Equinox Conferencing 9.0, there are two different deployments for low, medium or large scale systems.
Which two are the deployment options? (Choose two.)

A. CM-hosted, in which the Equinox Management server manages the conference while CM uses the own Avaya Aura Media Server to host the Media part of the conference
B. All in One, in which the Equinox Management Server runs all functions in Equinox Conferencing 9.0
C. Distributed, in which one Equinox Management Server with the Management piece enabled only, manages a number of other Equinox Management Servers with the Management piece disabled
D. Standalone deployment with Equinox Management and Scopia Desktop Server with Gatekeeper and Endpoints across multiple locations
E. Integrated, where the Equinox Management Server runs the Conference Management centrally and a number of Session Manager Servers host the Gatekeeper and Proxy functions distributed for all the conference participants across the network
