What will happen when this router receives a IGMP report to join group 239.1.1.6?

A. The router will tear down channel 239.1.1.3 as it's non-mandatory and establish a new channel for 239.1.1.6
B. The router will tear down either channel 239.1.1.1 or 239.1.1.2 as they are low class and establish a new channel for 239.1.1.6
C. No existing channel will be torn down and the new channel for 239.1.1.6 will be established as there is enough resource
D. The new channel 239.1.1.6 won't be established and a log will be generated
