Figure 6 shows a pneumatic transfer device used to transfer workpiece from position of Conveyor 1 to Conveyor 2. The system equipped with three linear actuators (A, C and D) and one rotary actuator (B). In normal position, all the actuators are in retract position as shown in Figure 6. Once the start button is pressed, the gripper will be lowered and grip the part. After the gap clearance, it will be transferred to Conveyor 2.
