The travel agency "Happy Travel" wants to replace the current booking system with a new one. For now, it can only do bus reservations and the system is not user friendly as well. They want a new booking application with basic functionalities such as the system must be able to book a reservation for a Bus/Flight/Train. Multiple registered members should be able to perform the booking. The agency approached Belgium Campus to assist them in developing a new system. They want to hire three second-year programming students to develop the booking system. As a selection process, they requested you to develop a report which will depict the design of a proposed system using the C# programming concepts (e.g. OOP, Interface, Threading, Delegates and events etc.) In the report, you must mention: Question 1 What are all possible additional functionalities you can add to the proposed system to make it more user friendly? (in bullet point) Example: • Registration • Book - Reservation Question 2 Identify and list the classes/ Interface/ abstract classes to achieve functionalities stated in Question 1. Question 3 What are the class members you are planning to use in the classes specified in Question 2 and why? (in detail) Question 4 List your choice of the user interface. Provide 3 valid reasons to choose with an example.
