1 Apply a workplace real-life example of how to motivate workers based on the following motivation theories: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Expectancy Theory and Equity Theory (15 marks) Minimum of two pages double-spaced. You will need to mention a motivator for a hypothetical task based on each theory. You need to mention a separate example for each theory and explain how the motivator applies the motivation theory and its pillars. 2. Find an external topic about stereotyping in workplaces and how it affected the level of attraction for specific jobs between males and females. For example, why is the female representation in some jobs higher than males and vice versa? Why some jobs are more attractive to males than females?
