Prompt: In the reading on Developing YourManagerial Career, multiple career paths are outlined. Not everyonewants to be a manager, it turns out, and that is fine. In thispost, assess your own managerial aptitude by answering thefollowing questions and then write under an appropriate topic.
If you cannot answer "yes" to most of those questions, theauthor suggests you "step back and consider whether they have thepersonal qualities, character, and motivation required to be aneffective manager - and, if not, consider other kinds of work,inside or outside organizations, that might be morefulfilling."
