cylinders. The outer diameter of the inner cylinder is 12 cm, and
the gap between the two cylinders is 0.15 cm. The obtained readings
are below:
b) Determine variation of viscosity with temperature from the
experiment data for the motor lubricant.
c) Using newton’s law identify if this fluid is
Newtonian/Non-Newtonian and explain its characteristics. (From (b)
use dynamic viscosity value at 23˚C)
d) Illustrate the differences between the calculated
viscosity-temperature variation above with reference to the
standard dataset graph below.
