Air flows through an insulated duct with a Mach number of 0.25.In a downstream section the entropy is higher (as a result offriction) by an amount equal to 0.03 Btu/lb °R. What is the Machnumber for this section?Initially the air is at 100 psia and 140°F, what is the velocity inthe downstream section? What is the pressure?
