You are required to design a bus ticketing system. The system description and textual description for two use cases of the system are shown in Appendix A. (a) Assume you are in the analysis stage. Based on the given use cases (1st and 2nd use cases), identify and describe the entity objects. (b) Based on the second use case, identify and describe the boundary and control objects and then develop the sequence diagram. You need to use part of the entity objects identified in 3 (a). APPENDIX A System Description The system is used by a bus company to facilitate the process of bus ticket sales and management of the passengers. A customer will use the system to buy the bus ticket through a kiosk located at the bus station. A customer can buy the ticket from a month to at least 1 hour before the departure time. The system will also be used by the bus driver to manage the passengers. The driver will download the list of the booked seats to his/her smartphone 30 minutes before the departure time. The textual description for two of the use cases of the system are as follows:- First Use case Use case name: Buy Ticket Participating Actors: Initiated by Customer Entry Condition: The customer activates Buy Ticket function at the kiosk. Flow of Events: 1. The system responds by requesting the customer to select the origin and destination and also the depart date. 2. The customer selects the origin, destination and choose the departure date and then submit the form. 3. The system searches for the available ticket based on the filled in information. If the ticket is not available, the system notifies the customer that the ticket is not available, and this use case is terminated. If the ticket is available, the system responds by presenting the information on the time and fare where the ticket is still available. 4. The customer selects the time, and the system responds by showing the list of available seats. 5. The customer selects the seat, and the system responds by requesting the customer to make the payment. 6. The customer makes the payment by inserting the money to the kiosk.
