What is in protein powder supplements and how do you know if they safe or not? 3. Name at least one population of people that should not consume protein supplements and name one population that would likely benefit from using the supplements. 4. How would you design a meal (one meal with no supplements) that contains 40g of protein (can be plus or minus 2g)?
