Please help, suppose a solution contains:
50 mL of HCl
50 mL of water
10 mL of methyl acetate
1. What is the concentration of HCl in the reaction
mixture?
2. What is the concentration of methyl acetate in the reaction
mixture?
3. If 5 mL of the reaction mixture is mixed with 50 mL water,
what is the new concentration of the diluted solution?
4. How many moles of acetic acid are in the diluted solution and
what is the concentration of the acetic acid?/
5. If the diluted solution is titrated with 0.1 M NaOH, what s
the concentration of the methyl acetate left?
