12. The ideal hypothesis-testing experiment obviously would always lead an experimenter to the correct decision. When a hypothesis happened to be true, the decision would be fail to reject it. When a hypothesis happened to be false, the decision would be to reject it. Knowing that s/he was conducting an ideal experiment, the experimenter could always bank on her/his decision. S/He would know that when s/he failed to reject a hypothesis, it is in reality true and that when s/he rejected a hypothesis, it is in reality false. Of course this ideal experiment can never actually be conducted in any practical experiment there are risks of error. Explain why this ideal experiment can never actually be conducted ... [5 pts] Explain how Statistical Inference addresses the risks of error ... [5 pts]
