The change in enthalpy (heat of solution) for ammonium nitrate
dissolving in water is 25.7 kJ/mol. Determine the amount of
ammonium nitrate (in grams) that was dissolved in water to make
49.9 mL of solution if the temperature of a coffee cup calorimeter
changes from 26.1°C to 23.5°C. Assume the density of the solution
is 1.00 g/mL and the heat capacity of the solution is 4.18 J/g°C.
