QUESTION 12 Air enters the compressor of an ideal air-standard Brayton cycle at 177 kPa, 294 K, with a volumetric flow rate of 3 m³/s. The compressor pressure ratio is 13:1. The turbine inlet temperature is 1402 K. Take the gas constant as 289 J/kg.K and Specific heat at constant pressure and constant volume for air as 1.006 kJ/kg K and 0.706 kJ/kg K respectively. Calculate the net power developed to two decimal places and include the correct SI unit symbol.
