2. From the data in Table 1, make a graph of mass percent and volume percent ethanol (both on the y-axis) versus density. You may use any graphing program you wish. If you do not have a graphing program, you may graph by hand on graph paper. 3. Use the graph to determine the percentage composition and proof of your distillate. Calculate the mass of ethanol contained in the distillate (remember that it's not pure ethanol) and use it to calculate your percent yield.
