The radius of an elastic circular loop increases at a constant
rate dr/dt=2.0 cm/s. The loop is in a magnetic field B=0.28 T whose
direction is perpendicular to the plane of the loop. At t=0 the
loop has an area A=0.0314 m2. Find the value of the
induced emf in the loop at t=1.0
s.
