For the following data, compute the z-score and note whether it
is "usual" or "unusual." Round all z-scores to 2 decimal places.
Answer "usual" or "unusual" with no quote marks and all lower case
- check spelling - answers must be exact and precise. Remember that
z-scores represent how many standard deviations a value is from the
mean, and any value more than 2 standard deviations from the mean
is considered "unusual".
A value of 95 in a normally distributed sample with a mean of 60
and a standard deviation of 12.
z-score =
usual or unusual?
How do I do this in excel please and thank you!?
