ssume the number riders per day of the Green Line bus route is
normally distributed
with a mean μ = 2330.74 and a standard deviation σ = 17.22. Using
proper notation to
express them, determine the mean and standard deviation of the
sampling distribution
of the sample means for samples:

(a) of size 40; (b) of size 80; (c) of size n = 120.

(d) Can you do this for samples of size n = 20? If so, explain why
and then describe
the sampling distribution. If not, explain why.

Now draw simple bell-shaped curves to depict the sampling
distribution of the sample
mean for each of the distributions in parts (a)-(c). The drawings
do not have to be
exact, but tell me what should happen to the shape of the
distribution as n increases.
