A patient is admitted from observation for symptoms of
pleuralgia with painful respiration. She has been complaining of
"night sweats." A test to rule out tuberculosis as the etiology of
her symptoms is done and comes back negative. A chest x-ray shows a
large pleural effusion. The final diagnosis is "pleural effusion,
menopause with excessive sweating." What is the coding and
sequencing for this case?
A J90, N95.1, R61
B. A15.6, J90, N95.1
C. R07.89, J90, N95.1, R61
D. R07.1, R07.89, J90, R61
